Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ?18= age =75 years old, ASAI-III patients undergoing gastrointestinal malignancy surgery, no family history of psychosis or mental disorders before surgery; ? no drugs that can significantly affect mental activity within 1 month; no dementia or cognitive impairment before surgery; ? all scores can be completed
