Experimental group:Intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate at the rate of 15 mg/kg/h before anesthesia until the end of surgery
Control group:Intravenous infusion of equal amount of normal saline

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who intend to undergo transurethral resection of prostate under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 2.Age: 20-79 years; 3.ASA classification I-II; 4.Receive patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) treatment after surgery; 5.Sign the informed consent of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Change in surgical plans; 2.Patients suffering from severe cardiac, respiratory, hepatic, renal, or neuropsychiatric disorders; 3.Hypermagnesemia, hypocalcemia; 4.Prior treatment with calcium channel blockers; 5.Patients with a preexisting bladder disease such as an overactive bladder, bladder outflow obstruction, and neurogenic bladder; 6.Thrombocytopenia, coagulopathy, any medical contraindication to combined spinal-epidural anaesthesia.
