Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective lower extremity orthopedic surgery 2. Aged 65-79 years; 3. ASA grade ? to ?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with diabetes, abnormal glucose tolerance and use of drugs that affect insulin sensitivity; 2. Weight loss of more than 10% in the past 6 months; 3. The patient was accompanied by nausea, vomiting, gastroesophageal reflux, gastric emptydisorder, pyloric obstruction, etc.; 4. Complicated with severe brain, heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 5. Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol and drug abuse; 6. Patients with a history of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, delirium; 7. The evaluation is affected by the inability to communicate with visitors due to serious sensory defects (such as vision and hearing impairment) or other reasons.
