Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Expectant pregnant women aged 18-45 years who received controlled ovarian stimulation in the assisted reproduction center of our hospital and were able to follow up regularly. (2) Use of short-acting GnRH antagonist regimen; (3) TSH before treatment has been controlled in the appropriate range, that is, for patients with LT4 or TpoAb positive supplementation before pregnancy, TSH before pregnancy should reach < 2.5mIU/L; TSH should be controlled within pregnancy-specific reference ranges in patients with negative TpoAb before pregnancy who do not need to take LT4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of thyroid cancer, hyperthyroidism, thyroid surgery, thyroid radioiodine therapy, etc.; (2) Complicated with other pregnancy complications and not well controlled; (3) Patients with severe heart, liver, and renal insufficiency, and patients with active autoimmune diseases; (4) Currently receiving special drugs such as glucocorticoids; (5) Patients who are supplementing LT4 before pregnancy but are unable or unwilling to take regular medication during COS.
