Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The women undergoing radical surgery for breast cancer under general anesthesia; Age = 18 years old; an American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification grade I -?; Informed consent is signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative sleep disturbance (PSQI = 10 points and AIS > 6 points); Preoperative heart rate less than 55 beats/min or atrioventricular block; BMI > 30 kg/m2; Cerebral hemorrhage or stroke; Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome; Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Severely-impaired liver or kidney function; Long-term use of psychotropic drugs; History of surgery within the last 3 months; Allergies to the drugs or bracelet material involved in this study; Unable to complete the scale involved in this study; Participated in other clinical studies.
