Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with pathologically confirmed and genetically tested KRAS mutations in their tumors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who without verification of pathological results, minors, pregnant and lactating women, and those with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (Alanine aminotransferase exceeded the upper limit of normal by a factor of 8-10, and serum creatinine was 186-442 µmol/L).
