50 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the 2018 Chinese expert consensus HZ diagnostic criteria (2) age 50-90 years; (3) pre-treatment pain numerical rating scale (NRS) score = 4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) skin infection at the puncture site; (2) pacemakers or other reasons not suitable for pulsed radiofrequency therapy; (3) serious abnormalities in heart, lung, liver, kidney function or abnormal clotting time, allergic patients; (4) combined with other pain and difficult to distinguish from HZ; (5) allergic to the underlying treatment drugs; (6) combined with other skin diseases (such as eczema, psoriasis, erythema multiforme, etc.) (7) severe systemic diseases (e.g., malignancy, hepatic and renal insufficiency, etc.); (8) patients with COPD and severe cardiovascular diseases (e.g., congestive heart failure, etc.); (9) long-term use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressive drugs; (10) history of opioid abuse; (11) cognitive and communication impairment; (12) refusal to participate in the trial or to sign the informed consent form.
