Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 50-70, male. ASA Grade II-III Patients undergoing urological transurethral prostate surgery under general anesthesia Sign the informed consent, promise to abide by the research procedures, and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Weight 28; Patients and/or family members refuse or are unable to cooperate; Not fasting; Prone position; Operation time > 4 hours; Esophageal obstruction or stenosis, esophageal space-occupying lesions, esophageal lacerations and perforations, esophageal varices, esophageal diverticulum, hiatal hernia, congenital esophageal malformations, shortly after esophageal surgery; Abscess of pharynx, space occupying lesion of pharynx; History of active upper gastrointestinal bleeding, cirrhosis, and portal hypertension; Sleep apnea syndrome; Mouth opening is difficult to pass through the laryngeal mask; Coagulation disorder;
