Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria issued by the American Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) and the European Society of Critical Care Medicine (ESICM) in 2016 2. Age> 18 years old; 3. Newly diagnosed patients, untreated or treated with antibiotics for no more than 48 hours; 4. Completed clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune diseases;2. Potential immunosuppression (such as AIDS, malignant tumors in treatment, organ or bone marrow transplantation, drug-induced leukopenia);3. Pregnant women.
