Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion age>45 years; A clear diagnosis was made through coronary angiography, which conforms to the indications for PCI surgery in the Chinese Guidelines for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Therapy; First in-hospital PCI treatment; At least one stent was successfully implanted; The MACE risk model visualized after PCI was evaluated as a high-risk population with poor prognosis; Living in the city of the research institute; Relevant inspection data are complete; Ability to use smart phones; Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: NYHA cardiac function rating is Grade IV, and those who must remain in bed for rest; Patients with malignant tumors; Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious underlying diseases; Those with severe infection; People with combined cognitive impairment; Those who cannot be followed up after discharge; Incomplete data and information; Those who are unwilling to cooperate.
