Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years; (2) Have exercise habits in the past 3 months, and have at least 2 running exercises per week on average; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study, and provide a signed and dated written informed consent form in accordance with clinical research trial quality management practices and local laws before being included in clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) No exercise habits, not suitable for high intensity, high endurance sports; (2) Acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, and severe arrhythmia; (3) Severe valve disease, uncontrolled heart failure, pulmonary embolism or post pulmonary infarction, lower limb venous thrombosis; (4) Respiratory system diseases: uncontrolled asthma, advanced chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe hypoxemia caused by any lung disease, etc; (5) People who may restrict exercise and are not suitable for running, including infections, post cerebrovascular disease, renal failure, hyperthyroidism, etc; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) After bone and joint injury or within 3 months after surgery; (8) Severe structural injury to the knee joint.
