Interventions

Remimazolam Group:Intravenous injection of rimazolam 0.2-0.4mg/kg during induction of general anesthesia

Propofol Group :Intravenous injection of rimazolam 1-2mg/kg during induction of general anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Parathyroidectomy combined with autologous transplantation for the first time; 2.can cooperate with nerve block operation; 3.voluntary subjects and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to cooperate with the operation or poor effect of nerve block; 2.ASA grade V; 3. primary or tertiary hyperparathyroidism; 4. previous history of thyroid surgery; 5. surgery performed by surgeons in any other group.
