65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing colonoscopy surgery who are voluntarily participation in the study and sign the informed consent; 2. Ages between 65 and 80 years old; 3.BMI 18.5-30 kg/m2; 4.ASA level I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncontrolled hypertension (SBP greater than 180 mmHg or DBP greater than 110 mmHg) 2.Ejection fraction 150µmol/L); 6.Intake of benzodiazepines or opiates before surgery; 7.Myopathy or diabetes; 8.History of chronic pain, drug or alcohol abuse; 9.History of mental illness; 10.Patients who refuse to participate in the research or fail to cooperate and communicate; 11.Patients that the researchers deemed ineligible
