Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient's age is greater than 18 years old; (2) Closed Pauwels type III femoral neck fracture without other injuries; (3) Received surgical internal fixation, FNS alone or combined with FNS and CCS fixation; (4) No systemic or local infectious diseases; (5) Both hips function normally before fracture; (6) Those who voluntarily participate in this research and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who use other methods to perform surgery; (2) Those with osteonecrosis of the femoral head, severe osteoarthritis, and abnormal hip joint development on the affected side; (3) Combined with other fractures; (4) Alcoholism and long-term glucocorticoid use; (5) Those with severe internal medicine diseases (ASAS grade III. or above); (6) Cognitive impairment; (7) Those with abnormal muscle strength or nerve damage of both lower limbs caused by various reasons; (8) Pathological femoral neck fracture; (9) Those who do not want to participate in this research and have not signed the informed consent form.
