Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 65 years who underwent painless gastroscope; 2. American College of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade ?-?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had a history of obvious heart failure, severe arrhythmia and unstable angina pectoris; 2. Allergic to propofol, eggs, soy, or albumin.
