18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between the ages of 18 and 70; Body mass index>30; Need for invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring; The patient or his legal guardian agrees to participate; The puncture site is free of skin damage, infection, swelling, and nodules; ASA Levels I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allen test negative; 2. Patients with ulnar artery occlusion, epidemic atherosclerosis; 3. With hemorrhagic shock, Raynaud's disease, peripheral vascular disease, myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, cardiogenic shock, coagulation dysfunction, and multiple previous radioactive arterial interventions.
