18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with major pancreatic duct stones larger than 5mm confirmed by imaging or ultrasound gastroscopy; (2) Age 18-80 years old; (3) Failure in conventional attempts of ERCP lithotomy; (4) Subjects fully understand the benefits and risks of this experiment, are willing to participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with coagulation dysfunction or platelets < 50*109/L; (2) The stones were isolated in the tail of the pancreas or branches of the main pancreatic duct; (3) Patients with severe respiratory, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, blood system and other primary diseases; (4) seriously suffering from mental illness or infectious diseases; (5) under 18 years of age or over 80 years of age; (6) Serious postoperative complications, such as abdominal infection, abscess, and massive ascites; (7) Imaging or ultrasonic gastroscopy suggested that there was space occupying in the head of the pancreas; (8) Pregnant or lactating women.
