Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Anesthesiology residents who received standardized training in the Anesthesia Department of Shanghai General Hospital 2. Anesthesiology residents participated in the simulation class from the Anesthesiology Department of Shanghai General Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Standardized training for residents of non Chinese nationality; 2. Continuing residency physician; 3. Students who are judged by the researcher to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
