Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 79 years old; (2) All are first-time patients; (3) No history of malignant tumors; (4) No history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy; (5) All patients were diagnosed with intestinal lesions through colonoscopy examination; (6) Willing to sign an informed consent form voluntarily; (7) Willing to provide a fecal sample for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Mental illness that prevents collaboration; (2) A history of severe chronic illnesses (including respiratory diseases, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, immune dysfunction, or the need for long-term immunosuppressive therapy); (3) Patients with tumors in other parts of the body; (4) Patients with multifocal lesions.
