Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patient is greater than or equal to 60 years old; 2. The clinical manifestations of the patient have any one or more symptoms of gait abnormality, cognitive dysfunction, and urinary incontinence; 3. The pressure of the cerebrospinal fluid puncture of the patient is in the normal range, and The routine biochemistry and culture of the cerebrospinal fluid showed no apparent abnormalities; 4. The patient's brain imaging showed enlarged ventricles (Evans index > 0.3 on CT or MRI images); 5. The patient completed the head CT and MRI coronal, horizontal and sagittal examine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of the patient is secondary hydrocephalus; 2. The patient has other diseases that lead to abnormal brain imaging, such as intracranial mass, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, Alzheimer's disease, and other neurodegenerative diseases.
