Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-30 years old patients; The patients have no other medical history and not be received medication; Treatment requires extraction of the premolars or third molars, and the extracted teeth have no caries, pulpitis, periapical periodontitis or periodontal disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient has other medical history or is receiving medication. The extracted teeth have caries, pulpitis, periapical periodontitis or periodontal disease
