Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Stones in the renal pelvis, each renal calyce, and upper ureter, length and diameter < 6.0 cm, ESWL treatment is difficult, failure or residual (difficult positioning, hard stones or incarcerated stones with long residence time, etc.); (2) Age 18-70, gender is not limited; (3) Unstoppable anticoagulant drug application, bleeding tendency, extreme obesity, severe spinal deformity, not suitable for percutaneous nephrolithotomy; (4) Patients with symptomatic renal diverticular stones with cervical stenosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Uncontrollable systemic bleeding disorders; (2) Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and inability to tolerate surgery; (3) uncontrolled urinary tract infection; (4) Severe urethral stricture, which cannot be solved by endovascular surgery; (5) Severe hip deformity, difficult lithotomy.
