Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants were then included only if they met the inclusion criteria follows: (1) children aged between 6 and 12; (2) Children (parents) were evaluated with the Conners Rating Scale, and the hyperactivity index was above 1.5; (3) reported as being free of intellectual disability, brain injury, and disease; (4) meeting criteria assessed by the Physical Activity.Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to ensure no potential risk factors while performing a single bout of aerobic exercise; (5) normal or corrected-to-normal vision.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients will be excluded if they meet one of the following criteria: (1) have received Qigong training in the past six months; (2) have a neurological disease or other problems related to executive function. (3) Any environment or physical condition that restricts participation in sports.
