Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form. 2 The age of the first use of troxil is = 18 years old, regardless of gender. 3 It was confirmed by histology or cytology as a patient with extensive small cell lung cancer. 4 It is suitable to be treated with troxilide combined with chemotherapy.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Taking the incidence of severe neutropenia (SN) as an index, the bone marrow protective effect of troxil in Chinese patients with ES-SCLC was observed.;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To observe the bone marrow protective effect of troxil in Chinese patients with ES-SCLC by hematological indexes and supportive therapy.;To observe the safety of troxil in Chinese patients with ES-SCLC by dose adjustment and incidence of adverse events.;Objective remission rate, progression-free survival time and overall survival time were used as indicators to observe the effect of trachloril on the anti-tumor efficacy of combined chemotherapy in Chinese patients with ESSCLC.;
