Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited. 2. Patients planning ureterectomy or ballloon dilation; 3. Be able to understand the purpose of clinical research, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; 4. Other circumstances that the investigator judges are not suitable for selection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are multiple target lesions (strictures) in the ipsilateral ureter; 2. Complete obstruction of the ureter, OCT catheter cannot be passed; 3. Patients who are not suitable for ureteroscopy; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Patients who do not undergo pathological examination after surgery. 7. Uncontrollable systemic bleeding disorders
