Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 65 years old; (2) ASA classification: I-II; (3) Oral surgery under general anesthesia was planned (4) The patient and his family members agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Recent history of respiratory tract infection; (2) Allergic or hypersensitive to remazolam; (3) any nasal lesions; (4) Organ dysfunction, arrhythmia, congenital heart disease; (5) airway disorders (sleep apnea syndrome or craniofacial syndrome; (6) History of use of neurodevelopmental delays, mental retardation, sedatives or anticonvulsants; (7) Pregnant women and lactating patients.
