60 Years to 86 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.meeting the diagnostic criteria of "China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2014"; 2. age = 60 years; 3. first onset; 4. hemiplegia symptoms after onset; 5. clear consciousness; 6. informed consent and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.critical illness; 2. limb dysfunction caused by other reasons; 3. accompanied by major diseases (heart, liver, kidney, and other organ diseases); 4. participating in other clinical trials; 5. disagreeing to discharge follower.
