16 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full-time college students in TCM colleges; 16-35 years old; able to use mobile phone or Internet correctly; not experienced major life events in recent 3 months; willing to truly and accurately reflect their health and study; voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antianxiety or depression medication or psychological medication for current or nearly 3 months; unable to complete the study due to severe visual impairment; other factors not appropriate to participate in the study.
