Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients over 18 years old; (2) Patients preliminarily diagnosed with bladder cancer and planned for surgical treatment in our hospital; (3) Control group without bladder malignant tumor, including benign urothelial disease, agreed to collect morning urine for study; (4) Sign the informed consent of the enrolled clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unwilling to sign informed consent; (2) Patients unable to understand the study process, or unable/unwilling to answer questionnaires, provide medical records, examination reports and other relevant data; (3) Patients who did not comply with the study.
