Symptomatic epilepsy in meningeal metastases from lung cancer

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histological diagnosis of stage IV EGFR-positive lung adenocarcinoma 2. CSF cytology confirmed meningeal metastases after first-line TKI therapy in patients with epilepsy; 3. ECOG PS score 0-2; 4. No contraindications to chemotherapy or lumbar puncture 5. The expected survival time is more than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women 2. Children; 3. People with lumbar puncture contraindications. 4. Is participating in other clinical studies; 5. People who are allergic to the drugs used in the study. 6. Any mental illness or cognitive impairment that limits the ability of subjects to understand and sign informed consent forms; 7. Can not be in accordance with the requirements of clinical research and programme requirements, participate in clinical research.
