Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 years = age = 65 years 2) Undergoing unilateral shoulder arthroscopy 3) 18 = BMI = 24 kg/m2 4) ASA classification I-II 5) Sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed lung disease (history of asthma attacks within one year, chronic bronchitis in the elderly, COPD, pulmonary blister, pulmonary embolism, lung cancer, etc.) 2) Severe heart disease with cardiac function >= class III 3) Diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy symptoms 4) Long-term use of gabapentin or pregabalin (regular use for more than 3 months), chronic opioid use (taking opioids for more than 3 months or more than 5mg/day oral morphine equivalent for 1 month) 5) Pre-existing neuropathy in the extremities 6) Allergy to local anesthetics
