Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The participants must 1)have ages range from 18 to 70. 2)have BMI=25 3)can participate in treatment independently 4)live in the local area, will not travel far during treatment 5)meet the preliminary criteria for the classification of the acute arthritis of primary gout.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The participants will be excluded if they are 1)patient with current of urate lowering therapy (ULT). 2)patients without gout-related pain or with mild pain. 3)pregnant woman. 4)patients with serious heart or vascular disease. 5)patients with mental problem or a history of mental illness. 6)not meeting the preliminary criteria for the classification of the acute arthritis of primary gout. 7)patients who do not meet obesity criteria 8)patients have serious medical condition that precludes exercise intervention
