Inpatient group: Inpatient Intensive CBTI for one week
Face to face group:face-to-face CBTI, once per week for eight weeks

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Meet the ICSD-3 diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia; 3. Can understand and cooperate in completing the sleep diary and assessment questionnaire; 4. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled anxiety, depression, and/or psychiatric disorders; 2. Other sleep disorders such as sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome, restless legs syndrome, and ectopic sleep; 3. Hearing impairment, dysarthria, cognitive dysfunction; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction.
