Antiemetic group:Ondansetron 8 mg intravenously administered before the end of surgery
Transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation group:After anesthesia induction, percutaneous electrical stimulation of Neiguan, Hegu, and Zusanli acupoints for 30 minutes
Percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with pressing needle group:Percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with postoperative pressing acupuncture at Neiguan, Hegu, and Zus

20 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients aged 20-50 who undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy. 2. No history of smoking or motion sickness. 3. ASA classification I-II. 4. Persons without a history of serious systemic diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have received acupoint stimulation treatment within 1 month before surgery. 2. People with skin infection or damage at acupoints. 3. Unable to cooperate with pressing acupuncture points to massage patients after surgery. 4. Those who have undergone surgery for more than 2 hours or have undergone conversion to laparotomy.
