18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tinnitus as the first complaint; Normal hearing or combined sensorineural deafness 2. The course of the disease was 3 months, and there was no history of tinnitus 3. Age 18-65 4. All patients with tinnitus after COVID-19 infection have a history of COVID-19 infection, and tinnitus is a new tinnitus within 1 month after infection without any other explanation 5. Patients with idiopathic tinnitus can not find a clear cause of tinnitus 6. Voluntarily join the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Objective tinnitus or pulsating tinnitus; 2. Combined with external otitis, chronic otitis media, middle ear cholesteatoma, otosclerosis, Meniere's disease, acoustic neuroma and other ear diseases; 3. Patients with severe mental illness, such as schizophrenia; 4. Patients with severe heart disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, poorly controlled hypertension, diabetes, malignant disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, hemodialysis, dementia and other serious diseases; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Unable to complete all tinnitus assessments and tests; 7. Patients who cannot be followed up regularly.
