Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of gynecology and obstetrics for climacteric syndrome. 2) The patient had obvious clinical manifestations of hot flashes and hyperhidrosis. 3) Patients give informed consent, participate voluntarily, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe damage to heart, lung and renal function, abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection or severe systemic infection 2) Various mental or neurological diseases and other sleep disorders. 3) Inability to cooperate, communication disorders (speech disorders, severe visual or hearing impairments) 4) Acute infectious diseases, hyperfebrile diseases, postoperative recovery period, etc 5) Participating in other clinical investigators 6) Allergic to local anesthetics
