Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male or Female University students between 18 and 35 years old; (2) Score of PSQI = 6 Points; (3) Score of ISI = 5 Points; (4) Score of HADS-A = 8 Points; (5) Participants who voluntarily agree to join the study and to sign the written informed consent form for the randomized controlled trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of chronic insomnia for more than 3 months; (2) Participants with serious medical problems; (3) Severe ulcers, abscesses, skin infections, etc. at the treatment site; (4) Participants who have a history of taking psychotropic drugs in the past 3 months; (5) Participants who received Auriculotherapy or Acupuncture in the past 3 months; (6) Participants who have participated in other clinical research or are currently participating in other clinical research within 1 month before enrollment; (7) Unable to complete various scales.
