Light sedation group (group I):Administer a painless gastroscope under light sedation
moderate sedation group (group II):Administer a painless gastroscope under deep sedation
deep sedation group (group III):Administer a painless gastroscope under deep sedation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged >= 60 years; 2. Subjects with 18kg / m2 < BMI < 30 kg / m2; 3. ASA < III subjects; 4. Subjects who underwent general gastroscopy; 5. The subjects with complete communication ability had normal hearing and fluent response; 6. Subjects with informed consent participated in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to take out esophageal foreign body, resection of gastrointestinal polyps and other endoscopic diagnosis and treatment operations / operations; 2. Patients with various anesthesia contraindications and relative contraindications.
