Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of UC or CD according to the criteria recommended in the 2018 Consensus Opinion on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease; 2. Age 10-25 years old; 3. Students with primary school education or above, able to communicate with surveyors, able to complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of surveyors; 4. no mental illness in the past;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, digestive, respiratory, endocrine, blood system or malignant tumors; 2. Mental disorders or cognitive disabilities, unable to express will.
