Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with prior myopic LASIK/PRK; 2) Corneal astigmatism = 36D; the size of the effective optical zone (EOZ) >= 5mm; no suspected corneal ectasia or eccentric laser ablation; 3) Postoperative uncorrected distance visual acuity (UDVA) for the enrolled eye was 20/32 or better; 4) Patients with no dry eye disease, corneal epithelial basement membrane dystrophy and contraindication for the surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic or recurrent uveitis, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and severe mental and psychological diseases were excluded.
