Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. individuals In line with the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition). 2. Modified Hoehn-Yahr stages: 1-3. 3. Ages 24), and could understand and execute simple instructions from the treatment staff. 5. Stable anti-Parkinson drug treatment >=3 months. 6. There is equipment for remote network (board computer or smart phone), and the patient/caregiver can use it independently after training. 7. Patient signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Irregular medication, unable to accept rehabilitation exercise. 2. individual Missing limbs. 3. Patient with visual, auditory and vestibular dysfunction that can not exercise. 4. individual with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney insufficiency and malignant hypertension that can not exercise; Severe osteoporosis; Unhealed fracture, serious bone and joint disease, pain; Severe malnutrition; Severe mental disorder that is difficult to complete rehabilitation exercise. 5. Patients or family members cannot participate in or cooperate with tele-rehabilitation guidance.
