Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the Berlin definition of ARDS and have an artificial airway in place

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are less than 18 years old 2. Intolerant to alveolar lavage operations 3. Those with combined aortic aneurysm and esophageal varices at risk of rupture 4. Combined with intestinal system diseases
