Nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic resection of primary liver cancer

Interventions

Control group:Routine treatment and nursing plan were implemented according to the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery
Experimental group:On the basis of the control group, sticking therapy was performed at double Neiguan and double Zusanli, and ginger moxibustion was performed at Danzhong.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In line with the 2022 edition of the ' primary liver cancer diagnosis and treatment guidelines ' primary liver cancer diagnostic criteria ; 2.18-75 years old, regardless of gender ; 3.Laparoscopic hepatectomy ; 4.Clear consciousness, understanding ability, clear and complete expression ; 5.Patients informed consent, and voluntary participation in this study ; 6.Those who did not participate in other research projects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with heart, lung, brain, kidney and other serious diseases ; severe infection, respiratory insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction, severe liver and kidney dysfunction ; diabetic patients with metabolic complications ; 2.Laparoscopic surgery can not be carried out smoothly, need to be changed to open surgery ; 3.Antiemetic drugs were used within 24 hours before operation ; 4.Acupoint application and ginger moxibustion local skin rash, papules, rash, exfoliative dermatitis or ulcer patients ; 5.The allergic history of tape, pinellia, ginger, evodia, moxa, moxa smoke, etc.
