Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Those with temporal lobe epilepsy confirmed by a hospital neurologist based on clinical history and relevant examinations 2. adults and guardians of minors should provide written informed consent before any study-related procedures are conducted 3. Patients who have no contraindications to PET/MR scanning and can adhere to the completion of the scan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has obvious claustrophobia; 2. Subjects with standard contraindications to PET/MR imaging; 3. Those who are unable to perform PET-MR due to poor glycemic control (fasting glucose value > 11.1 mmol/L on the day of the test) or other reasons due to diabetes or other diseases 4. Cerebrovascular disease (multiple cerebrovascular disease or cerebrovascular disease that occurred within the past six months); 5. Subjects who are unable or unwilling to tolerate prolonged supine positioning during treatment; 6. Patients with mental illnesses such as depressive symptoms, schizophrenia, delusions, hallucinations or suicidal ideation; 7. Patients with brain tumors; 8. Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 9. Subjects who have undergone surgical head treatment for temporal lobe epilepsy; 10. Subjects whose weight exceeds the upper weight limit of the treatment bed or patients who are not suitable for PET/MR scanning.
