60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I to III, age =60 years, BMI18-25 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those complicated with hypertension, heart disease or other basic diseases before operation; Patients with central nervous system or mental illness before surgery, or diagnosed with cognitive dysfunction; Long-term use of antipsychotics, sedatives and hormones before surgery; People with long-term alcoholism, drug addiction or drug dependence; Dysfunction of vital organs; The internal environment is seriously disturbed; Other diseases that interfere with the assessment of cognitive function; Unable to communicate; illiterate. Preoperative simple Mental Scale (MMSE) score <=24 points; Monitor site trauma or surgery can not be monitored.
