18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 80, with no restriction on sex; (2) In accord with diagnostic criteria of acute coronary syndrome, with intracoronary imaging examination completed during the stay in the hospital; (3) have signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with left main coronary artery lesions or right coronary artery lesions within 3mm from the ostia, or patients who have gone through coronary artery bypass grafting; (2) Heart diseases due to primary cardiomyopathy, infectious endocarditis or other non-coronary-artery diseases; (3) Patients with unstable hemodynamics, have gone through cardiac shock, low cardiac output or ventricular tachycardia; (4) Patients who were complicated with type 1 diabetes, familial hypercholesterolemia, autoimmunity disease, polyarteritis, or had acute infectious disease within two weeks; (5) Patients who were complicated with respiratory failure, or have bleeding history of gastrointestinal organs, respiratory tracts or other organs; (6) Patients who have liver function or renal function damage (ALT over 3 times of the upper limit or/and serum creatinine over 1.5 times of the upper limit) (7) Patients who are allergic or contraindicative to convention therapies, or who are not acceptive of convention treatment of western medicine; (8) Patients who are complicated with malignant tumor, cachexia, mental illness, or who have a life expectancy of less than 1 year.
