18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 18 to 75 years old (including the critical value), male and female; 2. Patients with the corresponding indications for colonoscopy and physical examination; 3. Should strictly observe the dietary regulations before the examination and be able to take drugs according to the program requirements; 4. The person who agrees and signs the informed consent, and who is mentally and intellectually normal and can better express his/her feelings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, spinal history, previous history of hypotension, and liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. Intolerant or allergic to test drugs and intestinal preparation drugs; 3. Patients diagnosed with digestive tract tumor and history of colorectal surgery; 4. Suspected or confirmed cases of intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, gastric retention, gastrointestinal bleeding, toxic enteritis, toxic megacolon, or Crohn's disease; 5. Women who have positive pregnancy test or plan to become pregnant and lactating women; 6. Those who suffer from mental illness and cannot cooperate with the examination; 7.HIV antibody positive,syphilis screenina positive; 8. Patients who have used study drugs or other intestinal preparators, or drugs that affect gastrointestinal dynamics (such as motility stimulants, laxatives, tricyclic antidepressants or anesthetics) within 7 days before the start of the study; 9. Subjects who have participated in other clinical trials within the last 1 month; 10. The researchers considered any other circumstances should not be included.
