Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with recurrent painless hematuria (more than 3 times, each interval more than 1 month); (2) Negative CTU and urinary cytology; (3) Age 18 years or above; (4) No mental abnormalities, verbal communication barrier-free, with autonomy; (5) Obtain the consent of the patient and family members,voluntary participation, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with bleeding sites located in bladder and urethra were identified; (2) Hematuria due to suspected systemic causes or anticoagulant drugs; (3) With serious underlying diseases; (4) Inability to undergo general anesthesia; (5) Inability to tolerate or refuse flexiable/rigid ureteroscopy; (6) Unwillingness or inability to follow up; (7) Have other reasons reseachers cited for not participating in the study.
