Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the pDOC diagnostic criteria of the European Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Coma and Other Disorders of Consciousness in 2020, the course of disease is >= 28 days, and the etiology includes cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain injury and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, and the condition is stable; 2. Age 18-75; 3. This is the first time; 4. The family members of the patients were informed of the treatment and the contents of various examination procedures, and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with serious medical diseases such as heart failure, renal failure, acute lung injury or acute lung infection, or serious complications such as severe hydrocephalus; 2. Previous history of mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse; 3. There are cardiac pacemakers or intracranial metal implants; 4. Other contraindications of MRI scanning; 5. There is skull repair or defect at the treatment target; 6. Have a history of epilepsy within 1 month; 7. Other contraindications of TMS treatment; 8. Surgical treatment is required for various reasons.
