Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: healthy adults over 18 years old; 2. No history of corneal pterygium, dry eye and other eye diseases, trauma and surgical history; 3. Requirements for binocular diopter: myopia degree<-8.00 D, corneal astigmatism=-1.00D; 4. Have stopped wearing RGP for more than 3 weeks and soft contact lens for more than 1 week; 5. No obvious systemic diseases affecting the eyes..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental and nervous system diseases (feasible simple inquiry direction, observation attention, simple calculation, etc.); 2. Can not communicate well with investigators; 3. Can not accept the wearing of soft contact lens; 4. Allergic to soft contact lens nursing solution; 5. People with serious systemic diseases.
